Employers can get involved with the Better Learners, Better Workers programme in various ways. The aim of the programme is to provide young people with necessary key skills to succeed in school but also in their future careers.
Every Ambassador on the Better Learners, Better Workers scheme has the support of a Business Champion. They support and mentor the Ambassadors during the programme, helping them to access a high-quality World of Work (WOW) programme, and enabling them to develop the essential skills and attributes required to thrive and succeed in the world of work.
As an employer or professional, you may wish to become involved in the Better Learners, Better Workers programme by becoming a Business Champion, or alternatively provide a workplace visit, work experience, skills development session, or other extra-curricular activity to help young people develop work-ready skills.
